   Justin Ruggiano has been struggling to try and get a hit for the past couple months. That wasn't good for the Marlins because they need to do good. He has had around 47 times at bat without a hit. The team was suffering from all those strikes that Ruggiano got. They still supported him to have his mind on the ball game and not think negative thoughts. Quoting Mike Redmond, " He just needs a break." Justin Ruggiano was trying all that he can to do good. the marlins were practicing harder making sure that Ruggiano would do good. Ruggiano has gone through  a lot.
    Although Ruggiano hasn't been playing that good, he still tries his best for the team. He has had troubles but so has everybody else. He hasn't been the only one going through that. Now that he's been practicing more, he has been doing much better. He went through a lot. His fans were sad, his teammates, even his family. Everybody must have been sad. He might not have been known for being one of the best players, but he was good. And for him to go down like that was nerve wrecking. Nobody liked to see Justin suffer and go through that.
   But, he was playing like that due to a past back pain. He had a really BIG pain with his back, but still played a few games just to help the team. He acted like his back injury didn't really matter. But, it did. Playing baseball, it matters a lot. And he would show face expressions to show his pain while at bat. Even though he wanted to keep playing, he needed to be checked out. That wasn't good for him to play baseball with a back injury. That'll just make it worse, and we don't want that for Justin. He's a good player and we wouldn't want anything back to happen to him, or anyone else.

THE MIAMI MARLINS:

The Miami Marlins were like any other baseball sport in history. They played at ballparks and did what other baseball teams did back in the 1990s. They really did great back then. Its just that now, there not so good. But what were talking about now, is how they started.  They were playing, still named the Miami Marlins. Back then, they had different outfits. They had different everything. Their logo has changed from years. Not only has their uniforms changed, so have their  players. They don't keep the same players for all of the years. They trade players from other teams to get a better player. They can trade whatever player they want to, as long as its with another team. Not only the trade off, but their is uniforms, too. Trading the players is as important as changing your uniform. You can't stay with the same uniform for years, can you? So see in the pictures above how they have changed their uniform. It still remains with one or two important word, FLORIDA and MARLINS. They have to keep that name because thats what they represent. Florida and they are Marlins. When they trade players, they have to be careful for which players they trade. If they trade a good player for one thats not so bright, they won't be in much luck. You have to be wise and think, think, think for the players you want to trade.  The Miami Marlins were a really important baseball team back in the 90s. They still are but just not that important. People know who they are, they just want them to be good at playing baseball. The Marlins(90s) were a good baseball team. They would win a lot and try, try, try. They still do today, but just haven't gotten there yet. So back in the days, They were like unstoppable. They were so good and they won in the 1997 and 2003 world series for baseball. Thats good news. They still traded players. But, thats what you do. You have like an yearly trade off with another team that you wanna trade with and you train them and then your team will do better. Thats how the trade offs work. The only thing is that, they have to agree with you if they want that player that you want to trade. For example, if you want a player, lets say Giancarlo stanton, But the manager doesn't want the player your willing to trade, you won't get Giancarlo Stanton. Uniform change is still important. If you decide to stay with the same uniform that you started with, your gonna be like boring to the fans. They want something new every year. Uniforms can say a lot. see how the Marlins aren't the only team who has changed their uniform over the years.  They still have to represent the state and the like mascot. That uniform represents you. Your state. It is like honor to your country/state when you wear that uniform. So, you can't just stay with one. You have to have a variety of uniforms. Change them like every two  years. Changing the uniform is important. As so trading players is, too.

MIAMI MARLINS: 

The Miami Marlins :     


                                            
  The Miami Marlins are a Miami city baseball team. They have their own stadium which is pretty cool. Their symbol is a Marlin fish.  They are a baseball team whos scores... arent that good. They havent been playing good and are like, the worst team so far. They have like a total of 100 losses, but, there not the only ones. Having 100 losses is a big deal. That shows that your trying, but not hard enough. You have to give it all you got when your out on that field.
  The Boston Red Sox had 100 losses, too.  But, they have progressed and ended up winning the baseball world series this year. (2013)  They were just like the Marlins, but ended up being a really good baseball team. That's not an easy thing to do, though. That  takes a lot of  hard work and practice. They did good. So, just like the Red Sox, the Marlins will try their best to try and be like the Red Sox that went through trouble, but still kept on trying hard and ended up winning their games and going to the nationals.
   So, the Marlins... not so good. But, if you are a fan, your a fan. Noone can change that. I mean, they are good, but, just not THAT good like the Boston Red sox. The Miami Marlins have been playing really hard to try to win and they will keep doing whatever it is they are doing to keep up the good work. They have struggled but, they still try their bests. Nobody is perfect. They will keep trying and never give up. They would want to win and go to the nationals.  The Miami will strive to do their best this season and will always be a Miami team baseball.

BASEBALL'S BIRTH: 

Many people probably wonder where baseball came from. Or when it was first played or why it was even created. Baseball is said to be first created by a man named Abner Doubleday in Cooperstown, New York in the summer of 1839. If you don't know who that is, well i'll tell you. He was the man who invented Baseball. He later then went on to be a civil war hero. Even though he created baseball, he claimed to have never had anything to do with baseball. Baseball was more complicated than it seems.

The first baseball game ever played in history has to be a big deal. On May 4, 1871, the first Major League baseball game was played. The two teams playing were the Cleveland Forest Cities and the ft. Wayne Kekiongas. It was a good game. Now the  first guy who has hit the first homerun ever was by Ross Barnes in the Chicago White Stockings. That's good news.

Most people wonder why baseball was created. Well first of all, it's a game. It's fun. More people were playing a game similar to baseball but with a different name and a different way. So as more people started playing, it got popular. That's kinda how Abner got the idea, but made it better. So then after telling people, they started to like it, and that's how baseball got created.
